 The following classes are available:

Step 'N' Tone

  • Monday - 6:00pm-7:00pm

Body Blast

  • Thursday - 6:00pm-7:00pm

Stretch 'N' Tone

  • Wednesday - 6:00pm-7:00pm

Body Combat - Hi-Lo Aerobics

  • Tuesday - 6:00pm-7:00pm

 

All classes are taken by the qualified Fitness Scotland Instructor Angela Ellis.
